EVOLVE & AMPLIFY BLACK SHEEP’S LIMITED COLLECTIONS.

BLACK SHEEP LIMITED.

Black Sheep Cycling was built on being disruptive. In the staid and same-same cycling apparel space, the brand were a breathe of fresh air. Launching to the market off the back of a series of highly sought after, limited run collections. As the brand has matured, they have diversified, but their ‘LIMITED’ drops continue to be brand defining, acting as the purest articulation of their dedication to ‘being different’ with bold, brave, eye-catching designs inspired by everything from Japanese iconography, Elvis, to Outer Space.

Limited Cyber Punk.
Otherworld meets Underworld.

A nuclear fusion of fluorescent neon and full volume attitude. Bit over the top? Yeah, what of it! Inspired by anarchist rockers. And last hurrahs. Featuring four off-the-richter-scale, loud and proud prints: Prism, Flare, Neon Supernova and Azure Synth.

MY ROLE.

With themes as fun and playful as Hawaii, Punk and all over florals, and a dedication to being different - it was a no brainer to present the ranges in unexpected ways. In my role as Art Director I was responsible for conceptualising, planning and art directing the marketing campaigns across Black Sheep’s ranges. The aim: to capture the brand’s unique personality and gain cut through in a ‘noisy’ market by being disruptive and distinct from the typical way cycling apparel was presented.

Limited Aloha.
Introducing retro cool to the world of Black Sheep.

Black Sheep goes troppo for a distinctly laid-back LIMITED range dedicated to the Hawaiian shirt. A brilliant, bold and bright exploration of all things island-inspired.

Limited Tour Stripes.
Incandescent Nostalgia.

A sun-drenched, nostalgic nod to the iconic 70’s stripes and simultaneously hazy and vibrant colours of Californian Summers past.

Limited New Balls, Please.
Black Sheep does Wimbeldon.

Nineties inspired and louder than Agassi prints.

Limited Japan.
The Power of Nature.

A very special limited collection that speaks to the power of nature.
With commissioned watercolour artwork by Japanese artist Ikoma Sachiko inspired by the idyllic Osaka Bay.
